TL;DR: We're looking for an Influencer Partnerships Contractor based in Latin America to support the launch of our Lenten Challenge by helping manage, close, and track influencer partnerships on Instagram and TikTok.
This role is highly executional and requires strong follow-up skills, clear communication, and exceptional organization. You'll work closely with our LatAm Marketing Manager and be part of the International Marketing contractor staff at Hallow.
What You'll Do
Support the launch of Hallow's Lenten Challenge by owning the follow-up, negotiation, and tracking of micro influencer partnerships—ensuring every conversation, agreement, and deliverable is properly documented and moves forward on time.Manage and follow up on multiple influencer conversations and negotiations simultaneouslySupport deal closing with influencers on Instagram, Facebook and TikTokCommunicate clearly in English and Spanish with influencers and internal stakeholdersTrack all partnership details (rates, deliverables, timelines, status) in internal spreadsheetsKeep internal systems clean, accurate, and fully up to dateMonitor deal progress and proactively flag risks, delays, or missing informationCoordinate closely with the LatAm Marketing Manager to ensure smooth execution What We're Looking ForFirst & foremost, we're looking for someone excited about our mission. It makes it a lot more fun :)Fluent or highly proficient in English and SpanishStrong self-organization skills and ability to manage multiple negotiations at oncePrior experience working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up habitsReliable, proactive, and execution-focusedBased in Latin America (LatAm-friendly time zones) Nice to HavePrevious experience working with influencers or digital partnershipsFamiliarity with Instagram and TikTok creator ecosystemsExperience working as a contractor with international or US-based teams Reporting & TeamReports directly to the LatAm Marketing Manager
