We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Logistics Manager
to lead our logistics operations, supporting both vehicle distribution and spare parts management. As part of a newly established team, you will play a critical role in setting up efficient supply chain processes to ensure product availability, timely delivery, and optimal cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage logistics operations for vehicles and spare parts, from importation to final delivery.
- Coordinate with regional and global logistics teams to align lead times, shipping plans, and inventory availability.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and local transportation laws.
- Manage relationships with logistics providers, customs brokers, warehouses, and transport companies.
- Optimize inbound and outbound flows to improve service levels and reduce costs.
- Oversee inventory control and warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor key logistics KPIs and prepare regular reports for HQ and management.
- Support the development of logistics processes and policies in a start-up environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the
automotive industry. - Solid knowledge of vehicle and parts importation, inventory management, and distribution.
- Strong planning, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working in or with start-up operations is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
