The Role:

This role is responsible for owning the P&L and driving the day-to-day operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery, operational efficiency, and profitability. The Operations Manager will oversee a large, fast-moving operation, leading teams on the ground, managing client relationships, and implementing processes to guarantee top performance. Success in this role requires a combination of strong analytical and leadership skills, hands-on execution, and the ability to partner closely with our client to scale results and deliver impact.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end picking, packing, and last-mile delivery operations for one of Zubale's most important clients in Chile.
• Ensure an outstanding client experience, supporting their daily operations.
• Act as a strategist to design and implement processes that drive operational excellence and profitability.
• Manage the P&L by client, store, region, product -, monitoring KPIs and controlling costs.
• Lead and inspire a logistics and operations team, ensuring flawless execution and scalable results.

What we are looking for

• Professional degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• +5 years of experience in similar operations roles in face-paced environments.
• Strong client management and interpersonal skills.
• Proven knowledge of financial concepts (P&L, billing, budgets, collections).
• Experience in retail operations or logistics services.
• Track record in team leadership and managing diverse teams.
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas and pivot tables).
• Fluency in English.
• A leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing strategy and execution, and delivering measurable results.
