Trabajará con un equipo multidisciplinario compuesto por especialistas de Datos, Marketing y Growth y Negocios, con foco en una estrategia Comercial sostenible de crecimiento de MACH y vinculación de sus usuarios, con foco tanto en el negocio, como en la tecnología para poder escalar. Así como también trabajarás con diferentes stakeholders de los equipo de producto y go to market. La persona que asuma el rol de own channels I de MACH se encargará de plantear y automatizar flujos comunicacionales en herramienta de CRM para los canales propios de MACH como email, notificaciones push, Whatsapp, SMS y mensajes dentro de la app. Se encargará de coordinar la programación de las campañas, así como también eficientar los flujos que brinden una mejor experiencia a los usuarios. También debe generar input para la mejora de las iniciativas que respondan a las necesidades de los distintos segmentos de usuarios. Debe tener la capacidad de relacionarse con distintos stakeholders para darle continuidad a tareas de seguimiento. Llevar trackeo de testeo A/B y documentación de iteraciones.

En este rol tendrás la oportunidad de:
Co-diseñar y ejecutar flujos comunicacionales para usuarios en las distintas etapas del funnel.

Planteamiento, automatización y análisis de iniciativas de CRM

Planificar, priorizar las interacciones con el usuario y coordinar con los gestores de contenido para la creación de piezas y contenido.

Identificar de manera proactiva oportunidades para mejorar la eficiencia y la conversión, para iterar y optimizar las campañas

Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo comercial, el equipo de Customer Success.

Full flexible con 4 días remotos semanales

Para tener éxito en esta posición necesitas:

  • Se requiere una sólida formación en ingeniería, estadísticas, matemáticas o experiencia similar con una comprensión comercial.
  • Deseado Conocimiento en SQL básico
  • Manejo intermedio de HTML
  • Conocimientos haciendo A/B testing
  • Manejo intermedio de idioma inglés.
