Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Respond to basic QMS inquiries and provide general guidance on QMS policies and procedures to employees/Quality team members across the Enterprise/Business
- Monitor compliance within internal tools, systems, processes and workflows
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date QMS records and documentation
- Run and analyze various compliance reports for Quality Team
- Conduct and support auditing of project teams and records
- Work in a support team that provides outputs to the Americas Eco-Region in various time zones
- Liaise and support the Quality Team Leader and Quality Leader - Americas with ad hoc requests as required
- Apply transactional outputs for business needs/requests
- Provide feedback on the design and operation of the tools, systems, processes and workflows embedded in the QMS and their appropriateness to meet the information requirements of the business
- Performs administration functions, and analysis, and identify and respond to QMS and overall business compliance issues
- Respond to organization changes
- Supporting execution of Americas Quality business plan
- Analyze data to identify business problems and provide solutions
- Assist with the development of Quality business policies and procedures
What you will bring to the Team
- Post-secondary education in science or engineering, or 3-5 years experience in similar work
- Ability to understand business processes and enterprise data
- Good understanding of traditional and latest concepts, and ability to lean new technologies quickly
- Strong communication skills demonstrated ability to communicate and explain regulations, policies, processes, and guidelines.
- Solid English communication skills (mandatory)
- Ability to break down information and explain it in an easy-to-understand manner
Good documentation skills to cover functional and technical aspects - Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- Strong desire and ability to self-learn, upskill and continuously improve
- Proactive and collaborative communication style
- Team player, resilient, inclusive and supportive
- Well organized, attention to detail, results driven
- Knowledge in data and/or enterprise systems, or solid experience in these areas
- Knowledge of PowerBi, BST, GRC, and SharePoint systems is favorable.
