On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for:
Quality Assurance Specialist - Solar.

Responsabilities:

  1. Support to maintain and enhance Quality Management System in accordance with ISO9001:2015 or TL 9000 to assure continue quality improvement.
  2. Identify improvement areas for assuring operation as aligned with company directions.
  3. Review and improve processes & procedures related to the quality control and service assurance.
  4. Manage the non-conformance and provide effective resolution and improvement.
  5. Developing, preparing, analysis and distributing periodic SLA/KPI reports and ad-hoc reports as required.
  6. Perform internal quality audits and responsible for implementation of corrective actions from all audits and investigations.
  7. Participates in and manages the analysis of customer complaints related to quality assurance and recommends resolution and corrective action.
  8. Promote culture of Quality Assurance in Operations and Project deployment.

Work Experience and Knowledge:

  1. 2~3 experience in Quality Assurance System activities
  2. Familiar with Standard Operation and Installation Guides.
  3. Familiar with development and maintain of Quality Management System.
  4. Sound understanding of detailed work processes of different teams and should be able to identify gaps for process enhancement.
  5. Desirable experience of monitoring the E2E Implementation Quality in Telecom Industry.
  6. Identifies defects in existing processes, tracks and reports them to QA Management.
  7. Strong analytical mind with good communication & interpersonal skill.
  8. Education:
    Degree as Quality Engineering with focus on energy, Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.
  9. Other Professional
    : Quality Control Engineer
  10. Language Skills
    : Fluency in spoken and written English.
