Our client, a well-known multinational company in the Civil Engineering sector, specializes in the development of infrastructure and renewable energy projects in Chile. The company stands out for its commitment to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions, contributing to the growth and development of both the local market and the energy sector.

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist with a generalist profile, capable of adapting to various HR areas and contributing to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage hiring processes and prepare HR-related documentation.
  • Lead the monthly payroll process and monitor personnel movements.
  • Perform payroll analysis and reporting, and manage offboarding processes.
  • Carry out activities related to your area of expertise, following your manager's instructions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience: 3 to 5 years in HR roles, preferably in the construction or renewable energy sectors.
  • English: Advanced or upper-intermediate level is essential.
  • Knowledge of Chilean labor law: While in-depth payroll expertise isn't required, a solid understanding of current labor legislation is a must.
  • Recruitment and Organizational Development: You will have the opportunity to participate in these processes, working alongside specialists in recruitment and compensation.
  • Flexibility to travel: Your main office will be in Santiago (Corporate Office), but you should be available to travel to project sites, especially María Elena, in the future.

Employment Conditions:

  • Location: Santiago (Corporate Office)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard office hours
  • Contract type: Possibility of a permanent position
