We are looking for a **Human Resources Specialist** with a **generalist profile**, capable of adapting to various HR areas and contributing to the growth of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage hiring processes and prepare HR-related documentation.
- Lead the monthly payroll process and monitor personnel movements.
- Perform payroll analysis and reporting, and manage offboarding processes.
- Carry out activities related to your area of expertise, following your manager’s instructions.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience: 3 to 5 years in HR roles, preferably in the construction or renewable energy sectors.
- English: Advanced or upper-intermediate level is essential.
- Knowledge of Chilean labor law: While in-depth payroll expertise isn’t required, a solid understanding of current labor legislation is a must.
- Recruitment and Organizational Development: You will have the opportunity to participate in these processes, working alongside specialists in recruitment and compensation.
- Flexibility to travel: Your main office will be in Santiago (Corporate Office), but you should be available to travel to project sites, especially María Elena, in the future.
