HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist

The HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and providing comprehensive Human Resources support for TP-LINK Chile. This role plays a key part in attracting, hiring, and retaining talent across multiple functions, while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and alignment with regional and global HR guidelines. This position is ideal for a proactive, structured professional with strong recruitment expertise and advanced English skills.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for diverse profiles (sales, marketing, finance, operations, technical, and administrative roles).
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment agencies, and direct search.
- Screen résumés, conduct competency-based interviews, and evaluate candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with local leadership and regional/global stakeholders.
- Prepare job offers, support salary benchmarking, and manage hiring approvals.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- ·Ensure compliance with Chilean labor legislation and internal HR policies.
- Support internal communication, employee engagement, and employer branding initiatives.
- Assist with performance management, training coordination, and HR reporting.
- Prepare recruitment and HR metrics (time-to-hire, vacancies status, sourcing effectiveness).
Requirements
:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience recruiting multiple professional profiles simultaneously.
- Solid knowledge of Chilean labor law and HR best practices.
- Advanced English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (Excel intermediate–advanced).
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and HR systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and interviewing abilities.
- High level of confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism.
- Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented mindset.
