We are seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, helping them to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve root causes of technical issues
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of our products and services
- Participating in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to our customers
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, REST APIs, and automation workflows. You will also need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
