Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at AC Hotels. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train a team of food and beverage staff to ensure excellent service delivery
- Manage inventory levels and requisition supplies as needed
- Inspect storage areas and equipment to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Complete scheduled inventories and stock reports
- Maintain high standards of quality and customer service in all aspects of food and beverage operations
- Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating staff members
- Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in food and beverage management or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and quality control
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
