What are we seeking?
GHD is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator who will play a vital role in executing the internal communications strategy that aligns with our business objectives in the Americas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Communications Advisor, Americas, with program management support.
- Facilitate the implementation of internal communication initiatives across Canada, the USA, and Chile.
- Coordinate, create, and edit content in English for various platforms (internal intranet, newsletters, promotional materials, video).
- Support the planning and execution of internal events.
- Monitor and evaluate data to assess the effectiveness of our initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams across the Americas and Centers of Excellence to execute programs.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in internal communications.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an open communication style.
- Able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and foster positive working relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
- Proactive in presenting solutions to challenges.
- Experience in data analytics and relevant tools.
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office and marketing software like Salesforce.
- Familiarity with program management software is advantageous (e.g., Airtable).
