We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding team in Santiago, Chile. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent to support our continued growth. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand our hiring needs, proactively source candidates, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles across the business.

About This Role

You will be responsible for managing multiple vacancies across various Corporate Functions at Xe, which is focused on delivering a world-class candidate experience, enabling the business to hire the very best talent in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will partner and consult with hiring managers to support their current and future hiring needs, while building their capability to interview and assess potential hires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador and manage multiple vacancies across various Corporate Functions at Xe
  • Partner and consult with hiring managers to support their current and future hiring needs
  • Facilitate vacancy requirement briefings with hiring managers to enable the building of effective job descriptions and candidate profiles
  • Actively look to identify new ways to improve our recruitment and selection tools and systems
  • Conduct candidate screening for short-listing (phone interviews and face-to-face interviews)
  • Talent mapping, benchmarking, and pipeline management
  • Drive the offer management process, including negotiating and closing candidates and completion of pre-employment screening
  • Collaborate with the People team and hiring managers to co-ordinate new starter inductions and other cross-functional requests

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for various roles
  • Proficiency in Human Resources systems, eg: Workable, Jobvite, Oracle, HiBob, ADP
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
