Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help us expand our market presence. As a key member of our team, you'll identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage partnerships, and represent us at industry events.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Utilize your expertise in blockchain ecosystem growth and business development to uncover new prospects, forge strategic alliances, and drive revenue growth.
  2. Manage Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, potential clients, and partners. Ensure seamless collaboration from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  3. Represent Caldera at Industry Events: Showcase our innovative platform and thought leadership at conferences, networking opportunities, and other industry events.
Requirements:
  1. Blockchain Ecosystem Growth Experience: Proven track record of driving business growth in the blockchain space, with a strong understanding of its applications and evolving market landscape.
  2. Strong Relationships with Blockchain Projects: Existing connections with Web2 and Web3 projects, with a solid grasp of their needs and challenges.
  3. Results-Driven and Self-Motivated: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
Bonus Points:
  1. Experience in Blockchain Protocol Development: History of supporting business/ecosystem development efforts at a blockchain protocol.
  2. Thought Leadership and Public Speaking: Track record of presenting at well-known blockchain conferences or authoring articles and whitepapers on blockchain infrastructure.
What We Offer:
