This role requires a deep understanding of commercial processes, financial management, and pipeline control. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting sales targets, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, media agencies, and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years experience in media sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills, with at least 1 year of experience managing a sales team.
