We are Busbud Inc, a leading global mobility group operating a B2C marketplace focused on ground travel. Our platform allows travelers to book intercity bus & train tickets on over 3 million routes in 80+ countries worldwide.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting client requirements with our products and services, while providing guidance and reporting progress in a timely manner.
Some key responsibilities of this position include:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and developing strategies to meet those needs
- Leading the development of content on client websites using WordPress
- Scheduling Adwords campaigns and SEO content with the Marketing Team
- Supporting the growth of e-commerce in the passenger transport sector in LatAm
- Creating high-quality pages that are used by thousands of people every day

Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- 2-5 years of work experience
- Knowledge and/or experience in ECOMMERCE
- Bachelor's degree and/or more related to the field
- High Proficiency in Spanish and English (a plus)
- Experience in Project Management in Technology
- Experience in direct contact with clients
- Basic programming knowledge (WordPress Management, understanding relationships between different systems) and/or willingness to learn in this area
- Agile Methodology
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Tag Manager for SEO and SEM
