Environmental Conservation Support Role
The Pew Charitable Trusts is a leading force in environmental conservation, working to protect the world's most critical ecosystems. As an administrative assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team in Chilean Patagonia, one of the last remaining intact wilderness areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to project leadership, including calendar management, meeting planning, and travel coordination.
- Handle key administrative functions, such as document preparation, database updates, and expense reporting.
- Ensure the smooth operation of Pew's Santiago office, including office management and supply procurement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Five years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Office applications and electronic calendars.
Travel and Benefits
Occasional domestic travel may be required. This position offers a competitive salary and benefit program.
