World Business Lenders, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Sales Originator to join our team. As a Sales Originator, you will be responsible for initiating, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to generate referrals of borrowers.

About World Business Lenders, LLC

We provide short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to small and medium-sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding. Our company operates entirely remotely, with a flexible work schedule from 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

The successful candidate will require fluency in English, both verbal and written, as well as at least two years of recent loan sales origination experience in the lending industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is also essential. A proactive approach, strong work ethic, and excellent attention to detail are required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate relationships with key stakeholders to generate referrals of borrowers.
  • Pursue assigned leads via phone and email.
  • Support the files process through the pipeline by collaborating with internal departments and management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.
