Your primary responsibilities will include goodwill administration, establishing and maintaining relationships with dealership managers/staff, representing Caterpillar during meetings with customers, evaluating dealer capabilities, developing dealer technical capabilities, managing Product Improvement Programs, facilitating factory technical assistance, and understanding customer/dealer market needs.
We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor's degree, industry experience in electric power, knowledge of Caterpillar Products, and basic understanding of diesel and natural gas generator set operation and maintenance. Proficiency in English Advanced language is also required.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective product support strategies to minimize the commercial impact of customer complaints.
- Work closely with dealers and internal organizations to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Represent Caterpillar during meetings with customers to address their concerns and provide solutions.
- Evaluate dealer capabilities and capacity to troubleshoot and service all Electric Power products they sell.
- Develop dealer technical capabilities in servicing Mannheim sourced gas genset product.
- Manage Product Improvement Programs cost-effectively and within designated timeframes.
- Facilitate factory technical assistance to dealers as required.
- Understand customer/dealer market needs and communicate this within Caterpillar's Electric Power organization.
- Support major customers through collaboration with the Electric Power Global Accounts organization.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Industry experience in electric power.
- Caterpillar Products knowledge.
- Basic understanding of diesel and natural gas generator set operation and maintenance.
- English Advanced language proficiency.
