Position Overview and Offerings
The People Advisor is essential in enhancing our People Strategy by delivering outstanding administrative support across the organization. This role involves executing vital HR processes within designated functional areas. Furthermore, the People Advisor champions our company culture, working diligently to create a positive and enriching environment for all team members.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist People Partners in overseeing the entire Employee Lifecycle, including onboarding, promotions, transfers, terminations, compliance, reporting, performance evaluations, compensation reviews, and employee relations as necessary. Collaborate with the Employee Relations team to ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations while maintaining best practices for ongoing compliance. Address employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures, encompassing compensation, benefits, performance management, leave policies, payroll, HR applications, and other facets of the employee lifecycle. Provide on-site support to employees, demonstrating care and attention. Manage recruitment for Off Roll employees, coordinating with vendors and hiring managers. Partner with stakeholders to facilitate various employee engagement initiatives aimed at enhancing retention and engagement levels. Promote the use of the employee HR Portal by guiding employees on HR knowledge resources, including global and local HR policies and procedural guidelines. Assist employees and managers in utilizing self-service features in Workday and other HR systems to encourage technology adoption.Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles. Relevant educational background in Human Resources. Intermediate proficiency in English. Experience with Workday is preferred. Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to achieve results through collaboration. Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
