GADE Asistencia Especializada Laboral is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources specialist to join our team in Pudahuel, Santiago de Chile.
About the JobThis role involves coordinating and tracking the hiring process and integration of new employees. The ideal candidate will have advanced English skills, as some team members speak only English. Additionally, they will be required to monitor compensation and benefits systems, oversee training and professional development programs, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Personnel administration: Coordinate and track the hiring process and integration of new employees.
- Labor relations: Serve as a liaison between management and employees to resolve conflicts and manage labor grievances.
- Compensation and benefits: Monitor compensation packages offered and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Organizational development: Oversee training and professional development programs that improve employee performance and skills.
- Talent management: Identify and recommend strategies for retaining and developing key talent within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced English skills, with the ability to maintain fluent oral and written conversations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources administration, industrial relations, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and regulatory compliance.
The successful candidate can expect a nominal salary of $900,000 Chilean pesos per month, paid on a monthly basis. The company also offers legal benefits and a flexible work schedule.
Working ConditionsThe role will require occasional Saturday hours as needed, but the majority of work will be conducted during standard office hours (Monday through Friday). The work location is Pudahuel, Santiago de Chile.
