We are currently seeking a People Advisor.

Position Overview and Offerings

The People Advisor is instrumental in enhancing the company's People Strategy by delivering high-quality administrative support across the organization. This role involves executing vital HR processes within designated functional areas. Furthermore, the People Advisor acts as a champion for our corporate culture, working diligently to create a positive and enriching environment for all staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist People Partners in overseeing all aspects of the Employee Lifecycle, including onboarding, promotions, transfers, terminations, compliance, reporting, performance evaluations, compensation reviews, and employee relations as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Employee Relations team to ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations while maintaining best practices for ongoing compliance.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, covering topics such as compensation, benefits, performance management, leave policies, payroll, HR applications, and other elements related to the employee lifecycle.
  • Provide on-site support to employees, demonstrating care and attention to their needs.
  • Manage Off Roll employee recruitment, coordinating with vendors and hiring managers.
  • Partner with stakeholders to support various employee engagement initiatives aimed at enhancing retention and engagement levels.
  • Promote the use of the employee HR Portal by guiding employees on HR knowledge content, including global and local HR policies, procedural instructions, and more.
  • Assist employees and managers in utilizing self-service features in Workday and other HR systems to facilitate technology adoption.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Relevant educational background in Human Resources.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English.
  • Experience with Workday is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to achieve results through collaboration.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills, characterized by empathy and assertiveness.
