Key Responsibilities:- Service Leadership: Lead by example and train service staff to deliver exceptional service, ensuring they have extensive knowledge of the menu, wine list, and service standards.
- Operational Management: Manage daily service, communicate company initiatives to the team, and balance day-to-day operational and administrative responsibilities.
- Staff Development: Ensure effective onboarding, professional development, performance management, and staff retention, upholding policies that promote company culture and vision.
- Inventory and Ordering: Manage inventory and ordering of supplies, ensuring efficient operations and minimizing waste.
- Guest Experience: Provide strong leadership to FOH departments, train and develop the FOH team, and provide hospitality to all guests.
- Problem-Solving: Efficiently problem-solve while adhering to company policies and county regulations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Experience: 3 years (minimum) of experience as a Floor Manager, preferably in LA restaurants, with previous leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge: Previous experience serving in restaurants with elevated service standards is a requirement, with Italian Wine and Cuisine knowledge preferred.
- Skills: Must possess superior people skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to handle a very busy environment while effectively prioritizing guest needs.
- Certifications: Manager ServSafe certified, with knowledge of LA Department of Health codes relevant to food service, and a valid RBS/ABC certificate.
