Regional Home Manager

At TRC Total Renal Care Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Home Manager to join our team. As a Regional Home Manager, you will play a critical role in leading our home dialysis program and ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow and improve our home dialysis program.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and transitions.
- Monitor and analyze clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any clinical quality issues.
- Partner with leadership to develop and manage budgets and financial plans for the home dialysis program.
- Travel up to 50% within the local region to support patient care and program operations.
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Two to four years of healthcare management experience, preferably in dialysis or a related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate a team.
- Ability to analyze data and drive results-oriented decision making.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for delivering high-quality services.
