Operations Director

Sutherland Global seeks a strategic Operations Director to drive performance and excellence. This role requires a strong leader with experience in operations, management, and customer service.

• Drive Cluster/Community Performance through weekly coaching sessions, call audits, huddles, and strategy development.
• Partner with the Operations Manager on Continuous Improvement activities, training, and action plans.

• Achieve weekly deliverables, including coaching compliance, attendance insights, and client improvement ideas.

• Set up accountability discussions on attendance and performance challenges.
• Determine training needs for staff.
• Communicate internal and external updates to employees.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
• Three years of operations and management experience.
• Four to five years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center setting.
• Experience managing teams of 100 FTEs.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
