Director of Product Leadership

At Sovos, we're seeking an exceptional Director of Product Leadership to join our team and drive the success of our products. This role is a critical part of our organization, and we're looking for someone who can lead and motivate our product management team to achieve outstanding results.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in product leadership, with a strong background in product strategy, portfolio management, and team leadership. They will be responsible for developing and executing our product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product success, and positioning our products as key drivers of business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Portfolio Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our business goals, prioritizing features and initiatives that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our product management team, providing guidance and mentorship to help them achieve their full potential.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our development, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of product initiatives.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze product performance in the market, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Performance and Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure product success and market fit, providing regular reports and updates to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in product leadership, with a strong background in product strategy, portfolio management, and team leadership.
- Exceptional business development, business management, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of success in product leadership.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and the ability to foster/manage relationships across multiple departments/stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, including the ability to lead presentations and communicate complex ideas effectively.
