As a member of our Risk and Quant Solutions (RQS) team, you will address some of the world's largest financial needs with technology-proven solutions. You will solve banking challenges and improve decision-making with award-winning solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working directly with our client, a large multinational bank, as an Index Quant Specialist.
- Collaborating with the QIS desks to support in developing and pricing indices across asset classes.
- Developing technical solutions that ensure efficient automation of back-testing tools and model pricing.
- Reviewing index rulebooks and implementing index models in Python.
- Working with database teams to implement logical and meaningful rules for data checks, controls, and achieving the highest level of accuracy and timelines.
Requirements include:
- BS/MS in Financial Mathematics, Engineering, Investment Finance, Economics, or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced level of Python programming language.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Database skills: high level in SQL or equivalent.
- Strong command of Excel and data manipulation.
- Good understanding of Financial Markets, Derivatives, Option Pricing, and Greeks.
- Detail and quality-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong collaboration skills.
