Our Team

We are looking for a talented professional to join our team of experts who support the Fixed Income Strategy team of a top global investment bank, with a special focus on emerging markets.

About the Role

As a Quantitative Analyst - Financial Modeling, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the platform for the production of indices. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and testing index-related applications
  • Taking care of day-to-day issues associated with maintenance and delivery of indices to clients
  • Delivery of monthly performance reports
  • Performing data quality checks to ensure the quality of input for index calculation
  • Verification of analytics and characteristics such as rating, amount outstanding, etc.
  • Monthly rebalance of indices
  • Maintaining and developing BI applications
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An engineering degree (commercial, civil, or industrial)
  • Intermediate SQL skills
  • Intermediate Python knowledge
  • Azure knowledge (preferable but not mandatory)
  • A strong command of Excel and data manipulation
  • The ability to own tasks and projects, maintaining stakeholders in the loop
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English
