About The Position

The Customer Relations Specialist will serve as our main point of contact for customers, offering personalized support and nurturing lasting relationships. This role is pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction, addressing queries, and resolving issues to uphold our exceptional service standards.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Customer Interaction
    • Engage promptly with customers through multiple channels.
    • Deliver precise information about our services, policies, and properties.
    • Efficiently resolve customer complaints.
  2. Relationship Development
    • Nurture long-term relationships with customers by delivering an exceptional experience.
    • Regularly check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
    • Embody Flex Living's values and dedication to excellence as a brand ambassador.
  3. Issue Resolution
    • Identify and resolve customer concerns related to bookings, payments, or property matters.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely resolutions.
  4. Feedback and Growth
    • Analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality.
    • Provide insights to management for enhancing the customer experience.
  5. Administrative Duties
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
    • Compile reports on customer service metrics.
