Strategic HR Director for People Operations in Chile

Fibra is seeking an experienced Sr. HR Manager to lead its People team in Chile, overseeing human resources operations for over 200 employees.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to the HR function, developing and implementing effective solutions to drive business results.
- Act as a trusted advisor to local leaders, providing guidance on employee-related matters, including organizational design, recruitment, benefits, compensation, and performance management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, union representatives, and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely access to relevant information and updates.
- Develop and implement strategies, structures, and programs tailored to local needs, working closely with regional leaders and COEs.
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, ensuring the proper operation of the consortium.
Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, including more than 5 years in leadership positions.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining effective relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated success in delivering innovative and client-centered HR services and solutions throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Compliance with Chilean labor and employment legislation.
- Labor relations experience, including collective bargaining management.
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Native Spanish speaker, with intermediate English proficiency.
- Residence in the IV region or availability to work a 3x4 schedule.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is CLP 12,500,000 - 17,500,000 per year, depending on experience.
