Senior Human Resources Leader

Fibra is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead their People team in Chile. This role will oversee the human resources area for more than 200 employees.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership and guidance to the HR function of 5 people.
- Serving as a strategic partner and advisor to local leaders on employee-related matters.
- Building trust with leaders, employees, and stakeholders by demonstrating proactivity and discretion.
- Engaging employees through active listening and feedback.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 5 years in leadership positions. They should also have a proven track record of building effective relationships and delivering innovative HR services.
This position offers a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits.
In this role, you will work closely with other leaders and the People COEs to develop and implement strategies tailored to local needs. You will also ensure compliance with employment and labor laws.
You will be responsible for overseeing HR budget and ensuring that all HR activities are aligned with the organization's goals.
