About the Role

We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead our People team in Chile. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire HR lifecycle for over 200 employees. This is a strategic role that will provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function, developing the team's effectiveness, expertise, and reliability.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to local leaders on all employee-related matters, including organizational design, job descriptions, recruitment, benefits, compensation, organizational and career development, mobility and expatriate relocation, performance, promotions, discipline, and succession.
  • Build and maintain trust with leaders, employees, the union, HR team, and other key stakeholders by demonstrating proactivity, agility, discretion, integrity, and holding self and others accountable.
  • Engage employees through active listening and feedback, including regular visits to operations.
  • Collaborate with the internal communications team to ensure employees have timely access to relevant information and updates.
