Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Assistant to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Reporting to the ASG Manager LATAM, this role will primarily oversee front-of-house responsibilities, ensure effective housekeeping, and provide administrative support as needed.
About the Role:
This position will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to various departments, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating conference calls and video conferences. The ideal candidate will also prepare, format, translate, and finalise documents or presentations as required, and coordinate travel arrangements for staff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-level administrative support to assigned departments.
2. Manage and update calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinate conference calls and video conferences.

4. Coordinate travel arrangements for staff.
5. Monitor and maintain the inventory of office supplies and postage, preparing restock requests for approval as required.
Requirements:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential. Proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills are also required. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting are essential. Self-motivated with a proactive and resourceful attitude.
