You will be responsible for tracking and recording important dates, such as rent payments, lease expirations, and maintenance schedules. You will also assist in resolving issues and conflicts that may arise during the course of property management.
In addition to your organizational and communication skills, you will need to possess a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and communicate with tenants, vendors, and property owners.
- Track and record important dates, such as rent payments, lease expirations, and maintenance schedules.
