Sagan Recruitment is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our multifamily construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project alignment and successful execution
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including project status, progress, and any changes to the project scope
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of multifamily construction processes and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency with Procore and CAD, with experience using Excel for creating takeoffs
