The Role
What You'll Do
Financial Oversight & Accounting
- Review building financials, accounts payable, and budgets to ensure accuracy and cost efficiency.
- Maintain Excel and QuickBooks records , track expenses, and prepare financial reports.
- Cross-check invoices for accuracy, prevent duplicate approvals, and flag discrepancies.
Real Estate Asset Management
- Track and coordinate construction projects, tenant move-ins, and lease agreements to ensure timely execution.
- Work closely with contractors, attorneys, engineers, and building managers to keep projects aligned with business goals.
- Oversee tenant services, building improvements, and vendor relationships to maintain high operational standards.
Contract & Lease Administration
- Manage contracts for attorneys, vendors, and contractors , ensuring compliance and meeting deadlines.
- Track tenant lease schedules , including move-in preparations and lease execution.
- Organize and maintain critical real estate documentation.
Meeting Coordination & Task Management
- Attend weekly and bi-weekly calls with key stakeholders, take detailed notes, and track follow-ups.
- Ensure all action items are completed by proactively following up and driving accountability.
- Manage schedules and prioritize tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Apartment Rentals & Administrative Support
- Assist in rental processes, lease reviews, and general real estate administration to streamline transactions.
- Provide day-to-day support to the team, staying ahead of deadlines and priorities.
