The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Leading and providing oversight on contractual negotiations with third parties.
- Leading contract reviews from a commercial, operational perspective, contract negotiation, and liaising with the legal team as required.
- Advising key internal stakeholders on commercial & contract risks and developing and implementing risk management strategies and plans.
- Ensuring all contracts are compliant with corporate policy and meet regulatory requirements.
- Tracking and reporting on contracts reviewed on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Coaching, motivating, and developing team members while ensuring high operational standards.
- Working closely with Team Executives and other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.
- Providing other organizational support such as ordering supplies and equipment.
- Managing a team of 1-5 people.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year of experience ideally as a Contract Manager within Other Services, Real Estate, and Software / SaaS.
- You are organized and have good interpersonal skills.
- You have good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You have working knowledge of Gsuite, Transaction Coordination, MLS & Listing Management, Tech & Software Proficiency, Attention to Detail & Accuracy, Problem-Solving & Adaptability, Research & Due Diligence, Organizational & Time Management Skills, Communication & Coordination, and Self-Motivation & Initiative.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
