Select Assistants is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Asset and Financial Manager to oversee financials, track real estate assets, and support daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for managing large-scale real estate operations.

The Role

Financial Oversight & Accounting

  • Review building financials, accounts payable, and budgets to ensure accuracy and cost efficiency.
  • Maintain Excel and QuickBooks records, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.
  • Cross-check invoices for accuracy, prevent duplicate approvals, and flag discrepancies.

Real Estate Asset Management

  • Track and coordinate construction projects, tenant move-ins, and lease agreements to ensure timely execution.
  • Work closely with contractors, attorneys, engineers, and building managers to keep projects aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee tenant services, building improvements, and vendor relationships to maintain high operational standards.

Contract & Lease Administration

  • Manage contracts for attorneys, vendors, and contractors, ensuring compliance and meeting deadlines.
  • Track tenant lease schedules, including move-in preparations and lease execution.
  • Organize and maintain critical real estate documentation.

Meeting Coordination & Task Management

  • Attend weekly and bi-weekly calls with key stakeholders, take detailed notes, and track follow-ups.
  • Ensure all action items are completed by proactively following up and driving accountability.
  • Manage schedules and prioritize tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Apartment Rentals & Administrative Support

  • Assist in rental processes, lease reviews, and general real estate administration to streamline transactions.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the team, staying ahead of deadlines and priorities.
