The successful candidate will participate in developing and ensuring the design and compliance of MOK's strategic planning through in-depth knowledge, analysis, pricing, and control of the Group's various businesses.
Main Responsibilities:- Evaluate and set prices for new and existing products to ensure margin and profitability at a regional level.
- Analyze external markets to improve decision-making and evaluate regional businesses.
- Internalize, understand, develop, and apply the Producer Role across the organization.
- Export successful business models to countries where the Group operates.
- Participate in and develop strategic planning by proposing policies for plans, programs, and projects, collaborating with various areas, and identifying priorities and needs to support MOK's growth.
- Analyze the organization based on corporate guidelines, policies, and objectives to identify opportunities for improving organizational efficiency and impacting business profitability.
