This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer onboarding and maintaining exceptional relationships with clients. As the Senior Project Manager for Customer Onboarding, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of new business ventures, system migrations, and special projects.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute project plans to meet KN/Customer objectives, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients, effectively managing their expectations.
- Utilize K+N Global standard tools and methodology to monitor project effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage project scope, budget, and change control processes to ensure successful outcomes.
- Represent KN in meetings with external parties, including clients, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- +3 years of experience in Project Management, with PMO certification preferred.
- Experience in WMS implementation and people management.
- Fluent in English.
