Supervisión de puesta en marcha de componentes reparados, Servicio de micro filtrado y flushing, Capacitación y entrenamiento, Diseño, fabricación y modernización de Centrales Hidráulicas
**Descripción del empleo**
- Optimizar los procesos internos y externos para establecer una visión clara de la experiência del cliente.
- Recopilación de datos de diversas fuentes, como encuestas, análisis de RRSS, y comentarios del cliente para identificar áreas de mejora, tendencias y puntos críticos.
- Automatizar los procesos de los distintos canales de comunicación con el cliente.
- Utilización de las herramientas tecnológicas estén integradas en los procesos de la empresa para una gestión eficiente.
- Evaluar y seleccionar herramientas tecnológicas que mejoren la gestión de la experiência del cliente, como sistemas CRM (Customer Relationship Management) y plataformas de análisis.
- Desarrollar y mantener sistemas de informes sólidos para monitorear métricas y KPI de la experiência del cliente.
- Colaboración con Otros Departamentos: Trabajar con departamentos para asegurar una experiência del cliente coherente y alineada.

**Requisitos**
- Ingeniero Comercial, Administración de Empresas o similar.
- Al menos 2 años de experiência.
- Conocimiento en Excel nível Intermedio-Avanzado, ERP SAP, CRM, PowerBI.
- Proactivo, dinámico, flexible, ágil, comunicación efectiva.
- Idiomas: Inglés
