Job Overview

The Sales and Market Development Manager plays a crucial role in securing the perfect store presence of Red Bull products in modern trade across assigned areas. Working closely with our distributor's team, this position is responsible for driving volume, execution, and market share growth in various channels.

This dynamic leader must be hands-on, a strong team player, and able to lead our Distribution Partner (DP) in achieving objectives and delivering key initiatives. Sharing best practices with colleagues and customers enables Red Bull to gain a competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our DP associates and manage Field Sales resources to implement Red Bull's commercial strategy at key account customers in designated areas.
  • Develop short and mid-term strategies to reach area targets.
  • Implement national strategies and key initiatives by customer.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR DP AND KEY PLAYERS, PROVIDING FIRST-CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ENGAGEMENT WITH THE WORLD OF RED BULL.
  • Work closely with our DP sales force to align on Red Bull strategy, focus, and opportunities, securing and improving in-store presence via implementation of Perfect Store Standards.
  • TRAIN, MOTIVATE, AND LEAD SKILLS AND PERFECT STORE EXECUTION GUIDELINES KNOWLEDGE OF MERCHANDISERS AND SALES FORCE OF OUR DP.
  • Establish and maintain a dynamic and fun team environment that encourages positive attitude, team interaction, and creativity.
  • Analyze and use all available data sources to create customized strategies and execution plans for their zone to achieve better share, sales, and execution results.
Requirements
  • 2 years' experience in Off Premise sector, FMCG.
  • Prior successful experience leading Field Sales teams (nice to have).
  • Leadership, motivation, and team skills.
  • Clear understanding of the Off Premise channel.
  • A commitment to people management and development with a proven ability to build and develop talent.
  • Strong analytical and organizational ability.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Field Force automation.
  • High negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Management reporting and budget control.
  • Valid driving license.
