**Sales Advisor**

**Location**: Valle de Colchagua & Curicó, Chile
**Division**: Crop Science
**Type**: Permanent Contract
**Mode**: 90% Field / 10% Planning (Remote Work)

**Main Purpose**

As a **Business Advisor**, you will play a vital role in expanding Bayer's reach within your assigned territory. By engaging directly with large-scale farmers, distributors, and technical advisors, you will implement the regional sales plan and drive demand for our crop protection products.

**Your Mission Will Be To**:

- Develop and execute the sales plan for your assigned region.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including large-scale farmers, distributors, and exporters.
- Identify and engage new high-potential customers while segmenting the current portfolio.
- Monitor and report on market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Manage product supply and ensure alignment with sales forecasts.
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers in the region.
- Plan and report your daily activities, ensuring accurate updates on accounts and sales performance.

- **Self-Management**: Organize your time between fieldwork and strategic planning to maximize impact.

**What You Bring**:

- Degree in Agronomy or related field (can be in progress).
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in crop protection or agriculture.
- Solid understanding of crop management and phytosanitary products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate English proficiency (desirable).
- Experience using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and communication platforms like Cotalker.
- Availability to travel frequently and live within or near the assigned area (Curicó or Valle de Colchagua).
