Job Description

The Regional Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving local marketing initiatives for Red Bull, aligning with global and national strategies. They work closely with the Field Marketing Manager to build strong local networks, including opinion-leaders and key influencers, both online and offline.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing initiatives across four key pillars: Consumer Collecting, Sports, Culture, and Communications. Leveraging On Premise, Off Premise, and New Business opportunities, they will focus on meeting local needs and specificities, impacting the heart of local consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Field Marketing Manager to develop and execute local marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local opinion-leaders and key influencers.
  • Create and implement marketing initiatives across Consumer Collecting, Sports, Culture, and Communications pillars.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in Marketing Areas, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing people. Strong analytical, planning, budgetary, and project management competencies are essential, as well as excellent communication skills, including presenting and training abilities.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
