About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Java Developer to join our team in Latam. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-volume and low-latency Java applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reside in Latam and work PST hours with on-call rotations on weekends
  • Advanced English skills and ability to communicate effectively with international teams
  • Experience with distributed computing tools/frameworks such as HDFS, Spark, and batch/analytics pipelines on Cloud (Microsoft Azure or other major cloud platforms)
  • Knowledgeable with CI/CD workflows and build tools such as Gradle, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools/frameworks is a plus (e.g., Databricks, Jupyter notebooks)
Requirements
  • Solid experience with Java, Spring framework, RESTful API design, and development
  • Strong experience reading and writing complex SQL queries and understanding of NoSQL technologies (e.g., Hbase, Postgres)
  • Some experience in one or more: Python, Spark/PySpark development using Java/Python/Scala
  • Team player with good communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
