About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team at Atheneum Partners. As an Associate, you will play a critical role in connecting our clients with top experts in their field.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Expert Sourcing and Onboarding: Identify and engage with experts who possess the necessary knowledge and expertise to meet our clients' needs.
  • Client Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements to ensure accurate expert recommendations.
  • Communication and Outreach: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and experts through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift rapidly.
  • Client Excellence: Deliver exceptional client experiences by providing timely and accurate expert recommendations.

What We Offer

  • A competitive gross salary of $ CLP (Bruto)
  • A monthly performance-based bonus of up to $ Final amount will depend on performance output.
  • A hybrid working arrangement with 2-3 days in office and the option to work from home for up to 6 weeks per year.
