We are seeking a Strategic Digital Architecture Leader to join our team of experienced Enterprise Architects who operate globally. As a Senior Enterprise Architect Digital, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching teams proactively, collaborating with Executive and Senior Business and IT management, and facilitating trend analysis by analyzing market developments and organizing workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, preferably in the financial industry, with excellent communication skills in English and a proven affinity with digital business models. You will also need to be certified in TOGAF and ArchiMate and have a broad understanding of strategy and architecture modeling standards.
As a Strategic Digital Architecture Leader, you will participate in the analysis, evaluation and development of enterprise long-term strategic and operating planning, ensuring that the Enterprise Architecture objectives are consistent with the enterprise's long-term business objectives. You will also collaborate with Executive and Senior Business and IT management in making mid-term investment plans and create and maintain the Future State Architecture, including Roadmap and Transition Architectures.
In this role, you will lead and facilitate Trend Analysis by analyzing Market Developments and by organizing workshops with business and IT stakeholders to discover potential disruptors in the Technology Market that may impact the DLL business model. You will also sponsor and facilitate innovative projects to prove the impact of these disruptors in terms of opportunities or threats.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including two working days per year volunteering for a local charity, health and wellness program, flexible hours, and career development opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you must be a strategic and conceptual thinker who can balance long-term strategic direction with short-term needs. You should be result-driven, able to translate business strategy into business and technology architecture, and have excellent communication skills. You will also need to be a thought leader in Enterprise Architecture, able to further mature the architecture community within DLL and leading the adoption and improvement of the architecture practice.
