Position Overview

An Order to Cash (OTC) Specialist will collaborate closely with the internal Sovos Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and accounting teams to provide ongoing support and maintenance of our business systems, processes, and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with billing, collections, and cash application, accommodating ad-hoc user requests for your designated Line of Business (LOB).
  • Utilize existing dashboards and worklists to ensure timely billing and collections.
  • Collaborate with OTC leadership on work scheduling.
  • Manage personal worklist preparation and reporting.
  • Support the monthly US customer PI process, including sweep sheets, finance approval processes, and NetSuite synchronization.
  • Work with the team to troubleshoot quotes, invoices, and other data-driven components.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements to execute assigned tasks more effectively (e.g., improving deal approval, cash application efficiency, etc.).
  • Engage in transformation initiatives.
  • Contribute to providing use cases and other business requirements for broader system transformations, including amendments and subscription billing tools.
  • Assist in supporting internal audits and controls to maintain the integrity of business processes and data.

What We Require From You

  • Familiarity with standard business practices related to OTC processes and systems (sales cycle, CRM applications, reporting, forecasting, billing, accounts receivable, cash flow management, and renewal quotes).
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx, and/or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; capable of identifying trends and proposing solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
