We are seeking a highly skilled OTC Specialist to join our team at Sovos Compliance. As an OTC Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Order to Cash processes.

• Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) flow processes
• Recommend and present ongoing continuous improvement for processes
• Support with billing/training, project coordination, creating and maintaining documentation, accommodating ad-hoc user requests and developing management dashboard reporting
• Design and development reporting and dashboards to track performance and progress of the OTC Team
• Partner with OTC leaders on work calendar
• Manage worklist preparation process for US / EU collections & US billing (uses EY tool)
• Manage monthly US customer PI process, including sweep sheets / close-won finance approval process / NetSuite synch
• Troubleshoot with team on quotes, invoices and other data-driven elements Continuous Improvement
• Identify and implement process improvement (e.g., strengthening deal approval, cash application efficiency measures, etc.)
• Provide cross-functional support and assist OTC and Finance management on projects as needed Transformation
• Participate in providing uses cases and other business needs for broader system transformation – including amendments and subscription billing tool
• Assist in the development of internal audits and controls to ensure integrity of business processes and data are maintained

• Understanding of standard business practices related to OTC processes and systems (Sales cycle, CRM applications, reporting, forecasting, billing, accounts receivable, cash flow at risk and renewal quotes)
• Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products with extensive Microsoft Excel expertise
• Ability to use Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx and/or Tableau
• Strong logical and quantitative skills; ability to determine trends and propose solutions
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Due to clients with federal contracts – the successful candidate will have to clear a background check and drug test
