Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Portfolio Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Portfolio CSM, you'll be responsible for a designated group of customers and act as their primary advocate within the company. Your focus will be on maximizing their success with our products or services, fostering long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactive Customer Engagement: Regularly connect with customers, understand their unique needs and challenges, and proactively offer guidance and support.
  • Driving Adoption and Usage: Ensure customers are getting the most value out of our products, educate them on features, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Renewal and Upsell Opportunities: Build strong relationships and understand customer needs to identify upsell and renewal opportunities.
  • Customer Success Measurement: Track key metrics like customer adoption, user deployment, and renewal rates to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer success or account management.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluency in conversational and written English required.
